Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Sidra Medicine, a cutting-edge healthcare facility based in Doha, Qatar. This is a remote work position suitable for individuals with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online chat platform, ensuring smooth communication with patients and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor the web chat platform to engage with patients and address their inquiries promptly. 2. Train and supervise a team of web chat representatives to ensure they provide accurate and timely responses. 3. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and streamline the web chat process. 4. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the web chat platform and make necessary adjustments. 5. Collaborate with other departments to integrate web chat services into the overall patient communication strategy. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the web chat experience for users. 7. Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts in a professional manner. 8. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to patient privacy regulations at all times.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Proven experience in web chat management or customer service. 3. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 4. Resourceful and energetic personality traits. 5. Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills. 6. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 7.
