Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As the Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing the web chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position and a strong understanding of web chat technology and best practices.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage the web chat platform to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and issues. 2. Train and supervise a team of web chat agents to deliver high-quality customer service. 3. Monitor chat conversations to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with company policies. 4. Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features and improvements to the web chat platform. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to web chat technology.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a web chat management role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Hardworking and resilient with a strong customer service orientation. 5. Innovative mindset with a high level of emotional intelligence. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
