Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Web Chat Manager to join our remote team at Hamad Medical Corporation. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online chat platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of our web chat platform - Train and supervise a team of chat agents to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company guidelines - Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Develop and implement chat strategies to enhance customer experience and increase efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to gather information and updates for chat responses - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 5 years of experience in web chat management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in chat software and customer relationship management systems - Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred
