Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

We are looking for a resourceful and energetic Web Chat Representative to join our team at Katara Hospitality. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Doha, Qatar, at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming web chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist customers with any issues or complaints they may have - Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Previous experience in a customer service role - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
