Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Katara Hospitality is seeking a motivated and energetic Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner via web chat - Assist customers with product recommendations, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor chat sessions to identify customer needs and trends - Use critical thinking and decision-making skills to address customer concerns effectively - Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic personality and a reliable work ethic - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and multitasking - Flexibility to work remotely on a part-time basis
