Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Al Shaqab on a part-time basis. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This role requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer problems. 4. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while engaging with customers. 5. Use decision-making skills to quickly and effectively address customer needs. 6. Strive to meet and exceed customer service targets and goals.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role. 2. Energetic personality with the ability to work independently. 3. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 4. Excellent decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries effectively. 5. Ability to work remotely and manage your time efficiently. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 7. Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts and peak hours. 8. Experience in handling confidential and sensitive customer information.
