Qatar Museums is seeking a remote Marketing Assistant to join our team in Doha. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks and initiatives. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Qatar Museums and its various initiatives - Support the marketing team in creating and updating marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content - Coordinate marketing campaigns and events, both online and offline - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall goals - Help maintain and update the marketing database and CRM system - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our efforts
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role - Resourceful and confident with excellent communication and organizational skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Innovation and decision-making skills
