Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job description:

As a Marketing Associate at Katara Hospitality, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our company's services and products. This is a remote work position based in Doha, Qatar and is part-time in nature.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for social media, website, and other marketing materials - Support the organization of events, webinars, and other promotional activities - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management - Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments within the organization - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role - Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative - Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong attention to detail - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate marketing messages to target audiences
