Job Description:
Sidra Medicine is seeking a motivated and adaptable Marketing Associate to join our remote team. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement. This part-time position is perfect for someone with at least 3 years of experience in marketing and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities - Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and email marketing campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels - Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts - Support the marketing team in organizing events, webinars, and other promotional activities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing - Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other marketing tools - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
