Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Katara Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level position, the Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms such as social media, email, and website. - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts. - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Assist in coordinating digital events and promotions. - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field. - Adaptable and motivated with a passion for digital marketing. - Strong planning and organizational skills. - Emotional intelligence and the ability to work well in a team environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools is a plus.
