Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Barwa Group is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the digital marketing strategy for our company. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and increase online engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display, and social media ads - Analyze key metrics and provide recommendations for improving campaign performance - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and email marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies - Work with external agencies and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives - Collaborate with other departments to ensure digital marketing efforts align with overall company goals

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in digital marketing - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques - Highly resilient and motivated individual - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong time management and organization skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms - Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms - Knowledge of SEO best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
