Digital Marketing Manager

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Qatar Steel Company, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive growth and brand awareness through various digital channels. This part-time role is perfect for an associate-level professional with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and lead generation - Oversee the company's social media presence and engagement strategy - Analyze and report on key performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure ROI targets are met - Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Reliable and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing - Cooperation and people management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
