Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Hilton in Doha, QA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote the hotel and its services. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and the hotel's website. Your main goal will be to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and ultimately drive bookings.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase bookings - Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor performance metrics - Collaborate with the marketing team to create email campaigns and promotional materials - Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices - Work with external agencies to support digital marketing initiatives - Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively - Coordinate with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong project management skills - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Hardworking and resourceful attitude - Proven experience in creating engaging content for social media - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices - Experience with email marketing platforms - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
