Katara Hospitality is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in marketing who is looking to further develop their skills and contribute to a dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities: - Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks - Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, such as social media posts, press releases, and email campaigns - Conducting market research and competitor analysis - Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics - Assisting in the organization of promotional events and campaigns - Collaborating with other departments to ensure brand consistency - Providing administrative support to the marketing team as needed - Contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions to marketing strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field - 1+ years of experience in a marketing role - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong decision-making and presentation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
