Marketing Assistant - Work from home

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team at Katara Hospitality in Doha. This is a part-time remote position ideal for an entry level professional with at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in various tasks to help promote the company's brand and drive business growth.

Responsibilities: - Assisting with the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior - Assisting with social media management and content creation - Providing support in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters - Collaborating with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives - Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns - Handling general administrative tasks related to marketing activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Resilient and dedicated work ethic - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong presentation and research skills - Experience with graphic design tools is a plus
