Remote Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Estithmar Holding is seeking a highly motivated and creative Remote Marketing Associate to join our team. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, be resilient, and possess the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Estithmar Holding's brand and products - Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 3+ years of experience in marketing - Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Resilient and able to adapt to changing priorities - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
