Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a part-time Marketing Associate to join our team in Doha, QA. This position offers the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Hilton's brand and services in the Doha area - Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns - Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the industry - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in marketing
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 4+ years of experience in marketing - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong negotiation and cooperation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
