Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

As an Online Marketing Assistant at Aspire Zone Foundation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the online marketing efforts of the organization. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the development and implementation of online marketing strategies, creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and assisting with the management of email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns - Create and curate content for social media platforms - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics - Assist with the management of email marketing campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with organizational goals - Stay up-to-date on current trends in online marketing and suggest new strategies to reach target audiences - Provide support for any additional online marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field - 1 year of experience in online marketing or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools - Energetic and confident personality traits - Emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies is a plus
