Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Marketing Associate to join our team at Al Jazeera Media Network in Doha, Qatar. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are eager to gain experience in the fast-paced world of online marketing. The Online Marketing Associate will work closely with the marketing team to execute digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion across various online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns - Create and curate content for social media channels, website, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign performance - Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms - Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform marketing strategies - Support in creating and updating marketing materials, including presentations and reports - Assist in coordinating and attending promotional events and activities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all online channels - Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in online marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field is preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms - Adaptable and able to work well in a fast-paced environment - Motivated to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing - Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
