Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Online Social Media Manager to join Qatar Airways Cargo in Doha. As the Online Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience. You will work closely with the Marketing team to create compelling content and manage our social media platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media performance and provide regular reports to senior management - Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively - Develop relationships with influencers and brand advocates to enhance brand visibility - Work with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand content for social media

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management - Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Passionate about digital marketing and social media - Adaptable to changing priorities and business needs - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Experience with presentation software and tools
