Job Description:

Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a part-time PR Associate to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level PR Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Public Relations team in building and maintaining positive relationships with the media, stakeholders, and the public. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation. 2. Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other materials. 3. Monitor media coverage and compile reports. 4. Coordinate interviews and press conferences. 5. Maintain media contact lists and relationships. 6. Assist in organizing events and promotional activities. 7. Monitor social media channels and engage with followers. 8. Provide support in crisis communication situations. 9. Conduct research on industry trends and competitors. 10. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and under pressure. 4. Resilient attitude and ability to handle rejection. 5. Persuasive and negotiation skills. 6. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. 7. Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics. 8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. 9. Prior internship or volunteer experience in PR is a plus.
