Remote Social Media Manager

Qatar Museums is seeking a Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social media management and be driven, confident, with excellent communication and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. 3. Create and curate engaging content such as posts, images, videos, and stories. 4. Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly. 5. Analyze and report on social media performance metrics and KPIs. 6. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and incorporate them into social media strategies. 8. Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely manner.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management. 3. Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in social media analytics tools. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus. 8. Knowledge of the cultural sector is preferred.
