Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Remote Social Media Manager to join our team at the Aspire Zone Foundation. As a part-time associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in social media management. The Remote Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, analyzing data to track performance, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices - Provide regular reports on social media performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in social media management - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong presentation and strategic planning skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
