Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: RasGas Company Limited is seeking a talented and driven Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and creating engaging content to attract and retain customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and schedule content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make recommendations for improvement - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Assist in the creation of social media advertising campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - Driven and motivated to achieve results - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines - Attention to detail and a creative mindset
