Job Description - Critical Temporary Construction Aides Superintendent

CRITICAL TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION AIDES SUPERINTENDENT - QATAR

Qualification:

Minimum 10 years’ experience as a fabricator with strong skills in mathematic / quality control standards.
Postgraduate with practical background and theoretical of Structural / Piping fabrication.

Experience:

Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in the relevant CTCA inspection field.
Experience in major Construction Projects (including brown-field work) with total capital expenditure > USD$1B
Middle East region experience preferred, with recent experience (last 5 years) on QELNG Projects and working in Ras Laffan Industrial City.
Setting up and management of Construction CTCA Inspection programs as well as good knowledge of fabrication and calculations/drawings.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

To Lead / support all Construction CTCA, related functions for EPC’s for Project. Support on boarding of Contractor(s)/ Subcontractor(s) and ensure compliance to Project requirements.
Responsible for the development, review, and implementation of the Construction Specification for Temporary Construction Aids (Critical and Non-Critical and Audit program in line with Project, RLIC and QG requirements.
Responsible for field-based activities including daily, regular, and quarterly inspections and audits to ensure compliance to requirements.
Liaises with multiple interfaces (Onshore Construction, PMT, EPC Contractor, OpCo and RLC) to support Construction CTCA mobilization, inspection, and demobilization.
Responsible for direct oversight 3^rd party inspections including verification of inspection quality.
