Remote Business Development Associate

QatarDebate is seeking a reliable and dedicated Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Doha. As a leading organization in promoting debate and critical thinking skills, we are looking for someone who is passionate about our mission and eager to contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through market research and networking. - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategic business development plans. - Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets. - Track and report sales performance and trends to management. - Represent QatarDebate at industry events and conferences.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals. - Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently. - Proficient computer skills, including CRM software. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English (written and spoken).
