Job Description: QatarDebate is seeking a diligent and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in business development.

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partnerships. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients. 3. Assist in the development of business proposals and presentations. 4. Attend networking events to promote QatarDebate's services. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets. 6. Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a strong interest in business development is a must. 2. Confident and reliable personality traits. 3. Strong people management and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
