Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Barwa Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth and development of our business. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.

Responsibilities: - Identify and research potential new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies - Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients - Monitor market trends and competitor activities - Assist with the development of marketing materials and campaigns - Provide support for other business development initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and independent mindset - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Creativity and innovation in problem-solving - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
