Business Development Associate - Work from home

Silatech is seeking a passionate and resilient Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities: - Identify potential business opportunities through research and outreach - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for business growth - Assist in the development of marketing materials and proposals - Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities - Provide regular updates on business development activities and progress

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in business development or a related field - Passion for business development and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment - Resilient attitude and ability to overcome challenges - Strong problem-solving and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
