Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Barwa Group is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team remotely. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners - Identify trends and insights to optimize sales strategies - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns - Participate in networking events to promote the company and generate leads - Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competitor activities - Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales - Resourceful and independent with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Strong negotiation skills and critical thinking abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
