Job role

Standard Reporting are expanding to include MIS Claims and we are looking for an experienced Project Management Officer with strong PMO and financial background that will support our team with planning, forecasting and external spend and will closely collaborate with the Controlling Department to better ensure the delivery of our services.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue planning support
  • Cost planning support (invest, maintenance, internal & external labor, pre-products, service provider)
  • Support with project and milestone plans, resource and capacity
  • Spend management (budget, invoices, timesheets)
  • Forecasting support (cost and revenues)
  • Billing support (disputes, credit notes and back charging)
  • External resources tracking and allocation (Fieldglass checklist processing, resources approvals and procurement tracking)
  • Ad-hoc reports, analysis, requests
  • Project support (PPM packages)
  • SAP entries check (purchase orders, goods receipt, invoices)
  • Support service managers with financial calculations, tools, and processes
  • Support resources with the correct asset allocation

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or otherwise acquired sufficient financial understanding to perform the duties (e.g. cost & investment calculation, cost types, depreciation, etc.)
  • 3-5 years working experience in similar function
  • Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure and ITIL processes is a plus (Linux & Windows Server, Middleware, Database, Storage, Backup)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (primarily Excel)
  • Proficiency in SAP CO is a plus
  • Fluent English written and spoken; German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (mostly Germany)
