What will you do

 

• You proces incoming invoices, reminders, final demands according to the process documentation

• Perform reports and corrections on demand

• Handle e-mails and calls from business units and vendors and assure KPIs and SLAs are met

• Contribute towards improvement initiatives and bring forward ideas

 

How do you know you are the right fit 

 

• Education: High School or University Degree (Economic studies represent an advantage)

• Professional Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of principles, practices, regulations, and procedures as they relate to purchasing and accounts payable

  • Knowledge of the application of data processing techniques to accounting systems (SAP and MS Office Knowledge represents an advantage)

• Languages: English is a must (Advanced level) German is an important advantage (Medium to advanced level)
