We’re looking for an enthusiastic English speaker to join our Casino Customer Support team!

Requirements:

  • Good written English skills (mandatory);
  • Great communication skills;
  • Active listener;
  • Internet browsing is no mystery to you and knows all the shortcuts;
  • The technical aspects of the activity are fun for you;
  • Previous experience in the gambling industry is a plus;
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and logical thinking;
  • Willingness to continuously learn and improve;

  • Ability to communicate technical problems concisely and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Casino Customer Support team, you will be responsible for helping our clients via e-mail and live chat and checking data in the back end to prevent and solve problems.

Other info:

  • The base salary is 600 Euros per month; which can realistically rise to 900 Euros after around one year.
  • Even though the position is entry-level, you can grow as fast as your results. Our defined career path offers good opportunities for the right person; with good progress, your first promotion can be as soon as four months away.
  • The work schedule is from 8:00-16:00, 9:00-17:00, 17:00-1:00, and 5 days/ week in shifts. You will be required to work on weekends but receive two days off within the working week. More details about the working schedule will be provided during the interview;

Work-Life Balance:

  • 22 days off per year, rising to 32 by year 5 inside the company
  • 10 sick leave days per year (without a doctor’s note)
  • 40% work from home over any 3-month period
  • If returning to work soon after having a child, 1 year 100% WFH for mothers
  • WFH after the child is born – for fathers: 13 weeks of 100% WFH (from the day of the birth of the child)
