• Desire to learn and deepen work in SQL databases.

What are you going to do:

• Provides direct technical and functional support to customers regarding the use, configuration, and maintenance of the company's products, while ensuring that the system/applications operate in accordance with the specifications received;

• Aids clients for immediate remediation in case of emergency, in accordance with the clauses within the SLA;

• Temporarily creates workarounds for immediate customer problems;

• Simulates / reproduces the problems that occurred in the clients' environment to provide all the necessary details to the development department to solve the bugs; 

• Collaborates closely with the delivery team (analysis, development, implementation, and configuration) to solve customer problems;

• Participates together with the analysis/development team in the implementation of the company's applications for new clients;

• Helps to create technical documents and/or training materials as well as the knowledge base; 

• Participates in the integration and training of new members within the technical support team;
