What we are looking for:
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, achieve results, and provide solutions to a wide range of technical problems;
Responsible and able to manage time in a useful way;
Able to work effectively, both with direct supervision and without supervision;
Detailed knowledge of the products developed within the department/company;
Mentor/trainer for other colleagues in the technical support area;
Focus on understanding customer needs;
The ability to work under pressure, and to cope calmly and positively with situations that involve interaction with customers;
Desire to learn and deepen work in SQL databases.
What are you going to do:
Provides direct technical and functional support to customers regarding the use, configuration, and maintenance of the company's products, while ensuring that the system/applications operate in accordance with the specifications received;
Aids clients for immediate remediation in case of emergency, in accordance with the clauses within the SLA;
Temporarily creates workarounds for immediate customer problems;
Simulates / reproduces the problems that occurred in the clients' environment to provide all the necessary details to the development department to solve the bugs;
Collaborates closely with the delivery team (analysis, development, implementation, and configuration) to solve customer problems;
Participates together with the analysis/development team in the implementation of the company's applications for new clients;
Helps to create technical documents and/or training materials as well as the knowledge base;
Participates in the integration and training of new members within the technical support team;
