Your Responsibilities: System Enhancement : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to meet evolving business needs. Transition Management : Assist in the seamless transition from legacy systems to state-of-the-art WMS solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. User Support : Provide expert-level support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance to maximize system utilization. Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop comprehensive test plans and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the reliability and functionality of system upgrades and enhancements. Process Optimization : Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within warehouse operations, leveraging technology solutions. Required Skills : Fluent English proficiency. Solid understanding of fulfillment operations. IT savvy, including basic SQL skills and familiarity with software development lifecycle.
