Job Description
The purpose of this role is to perform HR Administration activities, collaborating closely with all agencies under scope.
Manage the employment process: labor contracts, personnel files, documents. Handle end-to-end the employee life cycle. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases Preparing and issuing different documents: certificates (medical, banking, kindergarten, immigration office, job ticket) letters, decisions Preparing employees data for benefits administration Administer health and safety programs. Managing the administration of the annual check-up medical examination Carrying out a range of administrative tasks in the area of HR (including filing, archiving, document registration) Qualifications
Education and Experience:
1-3 years of relevant work experience Bachelor’s degree in human resources related field Required Skills/Abilities:
Good knowledge of employment labor laws. Strong communication and people skills. Attention to details and result oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
