What can you expect?

Your tasks include:

• You introduce Matrix42 to customers, package in M42 and administer the tool.
• You analyze and optimize IT processes according to ITIL
• You develop solution strategies and are significantly involved in the implementation (with the help of Matrix42 products)
• You advise our customers remotely or on site
• You are responsible for compliance with the SLA's and ensure that the requests of our existing customers are processed to their full satisfaction
• You monitor and optimize the quality of tickets and services

What should you bring with you?

• You have completed an apprenticeship in the IT sector or comparable

• You already have initial experience and basic knowledge in one or more areas
