• Planning and providing IT security infrastructures (including firewalls)
• Monitoring IT security components, including error analysis and troubleshooting
• Planning, conceptualizing and documenting IT operating procedures and processing difficult customer requirements
• Developing, implementing and monitoring IT security and IT quality assurance measures
• General participation in on-call duty as well as flexible working hours, in urgent cases also outside the working hours regulated in the service agreement (for example at weekends)

• A completed vocational training in the IT sector or a completed comparable IT training or further training or a comparable professional qualification with at least initial professional experience or a completed university education (Bachelor, Diploma FH) in the IT sector
• Good knowledge of current firewall systems, threat risks and attack scenarios in IT security
• Sound knowledge in the installation, administration and configuration of IT security components as well as in detecting, analyzing
• Sound knowledge in the installation, administration and configuration of IT security components as well as in the detection, analysis and correction of error states (including firewall systems, security proxies within the P-A-P structure or web application firewalls)
