Responsibilities

GTM Strategy Development: Build strategies and Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for DataArt’s Finance vertical, connecting the business goals to marketing initiatives.

Strategic Project Delivery: Ideate and deliver strategic marketing projects, managing team members and stakeholders from end to end against tight deadlines.

Planning and Estimation: Plan channels and timelines, estimate scope in terms of expected results, capacity, and budget, and create detailed project roadmaps.

Coordination and Implementation: Drive project implementation, coordinate scope between contributors, and ensure adherence to centralized operational processes.

Reporting, Feedback, and Issue Management: Report on project results on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis as needed, provide feedback to project contributors, communicate changes affecting performance, escalate issues to marketing leadership, and manage the project budget and expenses.

Production: Polish the team’s work and contribute hands-on marketing skills as needed to move projects forward.

Requirements

Strong background in project management within a marketing context, minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, 5-7 years of experience in marketing.

Experience in the Finance sector and/or IT Services industry is preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong business acumen and credibility, with ability to influence at all levels in the organization

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in project management tools (Jira) and marketing platforms (Pardot)
