Responsibilities What will you contribute? The Sales Operations Lead plays instrumental role in supporting Regional Sales Leadership Team through business insight and identify areas for improvement and execute on those to support profitable growth in the Sales Region. Responsibilities & Deliverables: Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following: Market analysis of Lending and Trade Finance segments to assist in identifying addressable markets for early adopters, majority followers and Transformation Support ramping hires for our digital sales team, both lead generation and inside sales Enable thorough review of process in SFDC for consistent process control points Manage “one version of the truth”: Customer analytics & Sales KPIs Working with the central Analytics team, provide ongoing and one-off analysis & recommendations to Sales Leaders regarding current and future business trends: Pipeline, linearity/velocity, attainment projections, business trend insights Drive adoption of CRM common tools & processes across Sales Ensure quality of CRM data (opportunity/account) Ensure end2end alignment of Demand Gen, Deal Execution, Forecast/pipe gen & performance management Manage sales forecast & pipeline management framework Manage internal SLAs between Product, Service and Revenue segments Support effective end-to-end sales process execution leveraging Shared Services and aligning other teams (GS, GSC) Drive annual sales planning and territory optimization: Regional sales planning, quota allocations, input to incentive programs, deployment of resources, territory assignments Alignment of Go-To-Market with operational processes for efficient planning and execution Required Experience: Experience with Financial Industry covering banks, asset managers, institutional investors and insurers. Experience with Salesforce.com and opportunity management cycles and lead generation processes. Advanced level of skill with Excel & PowerPoint. Outstanding organizational and relationship building skills. Ability to work well in a cross-functional, global environment. Innovative thought processes / approach to work. Strong Analytical skills with quantitative/financial approach to problem solving. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrable skills in process improvements and process controls Ability to educate and gain acceptance and adherence to processes and usage of systems from the Sales Teams and Leaders Bachelors degree 3 to 5 years experience in sales operations, finance operations or similar business support team role #LI-IC1
