The position

In this position as Senior Medical Representative you will be responsible for effective, ethical promotion of Novo Nordisk and its products according to the company’s internal procedures and legal regulation to reach the sales targets for the area and the whole company. In this role you will be covering Bacău, Neamț, Vrancea, Buzau area, and you will be reporting to the Business Area Manager Obesity.

Your main accountabilities will be:

•    Achieve territory sales and market share objectives and analyse sales results and “visit call rate” in the area
•    Develop Territory Business Plan and implement it in the area according to the promotional strategy through specific activities addressed to the target group.
•    Fulfilled marketing communication objectives (product positioning, awareness, patient profile, etc).
•    Act and recognized as a valuable partner of the doctors, providing them with continuous medical information update.
•    Participate in congresses, meetings, domestic and international exhibitions concerning Novo Nordisk activities and products.

 

Qualifications

•    University degree
•    Several years of experience in sales activity
•    Experience within pharmaceutical sales and understanding of the local pharmaceutical market is a nice to have
•    Professional selling skills
•    Communication skills
•    Planning and organizing skills
•    Ability to turn plans into actions
•    Ability of building relationships
•    Fluency in Romanian and English
