2nd Line Operations Engineer - TIBCO

⚙️ Configure and maintain TIBCO domains across multiple environments ? Provide L2 operational support for Apache Tomcat and TIBCO components ? Support deployments and ensure smooth operation of technical interfaces ?️ Troubleshoot incidents and proactively prevent issues ? Collaborate on infrastructure planning and access management ? Maintain and optimize scripts (Shell, SQL, PL/SQL, Perl, PHP) ? Degree in Technology or Engineering ? Strong knowledge of TIBCO tools (BW, EMS, Hawk, iProcess, etc.) ? Experience with Java performance tuning and web server technologies ? Familiarity with ITIL, SOX, and KPI frameworks ?️ Fluent in English (written and spoken) ? Willingness to work in shifts and handle on-call duties
