?️ Perform daily system checks and monitor service health ?️ Log, triage, and escalate incidents using ITSM tools like Remedy ? Execute scripts, batch jobs, and housekeeping tasks ? Maintain shift logs, checklists, and process documentation ? Support reporting and audit data collection ? Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field ? 1-3 years of experience in IT support or application operations ? Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands and file systems ? Experience with ticketing tools like Remedy or ServiceNow ?️ Fluent in English (written and spoken) ? Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends ? Understanding of ITIL concepts and structured support environments
