Role Summary:

·The Entry-Level Financial Systems Analyst supports the integrity, compliance, and operational continuity of HP’s financial systems by executing control activities, supporting user governance, and contributing to global financial reporting processes

Key Responsibilities:

•  Monitor and troubleshoot financial data flows across systems
• Support audit and compliance documentation in alignment with HP’s internal control framework
• Participate in onboarding and training related to financial systems and reporting tools

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with ERP systems, data warehousing, or financial reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to structured processes
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across global teams
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Python (preferred)
• Understanding of SOX compliance and internal control principles (preferred)
