Job Description - After Sales Representative with French

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Ensure the consistent and effective provision of services / information to the customer base including (but not only) Order management, fulfilment, problem solving and other services across all media (telephone, mail, . 
  • Develop a “Commercial” focus: Generate leads for sales force through active listening and probing for customer requirements and opportunities 
  • Connect with the customer to understand the issue 
  • Log customer claims in the appropriate data base(s) 
  • Lead all necessary actions / investigation to find the root cause 
  • Have credit notes requests validated by the appropriate persons ensuring a clear, accurate and reliable information is provided to make decision. 
  • Raise credits when validated 
  • Follow the good returns until their completion. Communicate daily with Product after Sales and chase all parties. This part is also including chasing customers and transport companies when necessary. 
  • Deal with rejection in commercial manner. 
  • Liaise with customers, sales forces, and customer service 
  • Contribute to root cause analysis, lead actions, and update the credit notes action plan and follow up 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement: Share issues across the team and propose corrective and preventative actions followed in actions plans held by the Team Leader, thereby ensuring the level of customer service required. 
  • Ensure Health and safety compliance as per standards under local law

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Attention to details, proactivity
  • Strong ability to solve problems
  • Openness to collaborate and work with others; 
  • Excellent Customer sense and strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in English and French (verbal and written communication skills)
  • Preferred qualifications to set you apart:

  • Previous experience in a similar position;
  • Familiarity with working in a complex organization (matrix structure);
