Job Description - Area Sales Manager

Area Sales Manager

Introduction A leading company in its sector is seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and grow its business operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bucharest, with the location also indicating relevance to Cluj-Napoca. The role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong track record in regional management and business development.

Your Role * Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the companys market share within the assigned area.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor sales targets, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

Your Qualifications * Experience: Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales leadership role.

  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Aptitude: Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
