ASP .NET Developer

Our client is a leading provider of Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions, empowering businesses with cutting-edge customer engagement tools. The company is pioneering the integration of advanced AI features to enhance real-time communication capabilities. It is also expanding its solution into an Agentic AI Platform that will include a dedicated Quality Management module.

We are building a dedicated development team in Cluj for this project and have just started the recruitment process for this new team.

To support this growth, we are looking for a skilled ASP.NET Developer to join the client’s innovative development team.

Position Overview

The ASP.NET Developer will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing AI-driven features within the Agentic CCaaS platform and will be part of the new development team building the Quality Management module. The role involves leveraging Azure’s AI services and tools to deliver seamless and intelligent real-time communication solutions. It requires a solid background in backend development and strong expertise in Azure technologies to build scalable, efficient, and secure systems.

Required Skills and Experience

A minimum of 4 years of experience in backend development, primarily with .NET technologies.

• Familiarity with Azure SaaS products and how to use them to enhance security and performance
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation
• Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying scalable backend services
• Understanding of serverless solutions on Azure, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps
