This is an entry-level role suited for candidates with 1\u20132 years of experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable working with data to drive operational insights.\n\nAssociate Data Analytics Analyst \u2013 SO\u0026S BI Team\n\nYour Team\n\nThe BI Team provides operational leadership and analytics support to Business Functions.\n\nYour Impact\n\nThe Data analyst will create a business partnership that works cross functionally with other areas of the organization, through data analysis and reporting. This position requires in addition to strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively complex information, as well as solid business partnering skills and ability to work at different levels of the organization.\n\nYour Day-To-Day:\n\n * Prepare and maintain recurring reports to support cloud decommissioning activities, including:\n * Tracking contract renewals, churn, and proof-of-concept (POC) expirations\n * Deliver regular operational reporting for quarterly Service Reviews\n * Extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency\n * Maintain and improve reporting templates and processes for efficiency and scalability\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery\n * Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot discrepancies\n\n\n\nYour Skills and Knowledge:\n\nPTC is a place where innovative thinking is encouraged, and new ideas are always welcome.
