Your role in our team

As our new Associate Quality Engineer, you will play an important role in ensuring that quality standards are maintained and continuously improved throughout our international projects—primarily within the space industry. You will work with documentation, processes, and quality-related activities, contributing to consistency and alignment with internal standards.

You will contribute to creating consistency and transparency across projects by supporting the overall quality setup and helping ensure that deliverables and processes follow defined requirements and guidelines in an international environment.

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious talent who is eager to learn and develop by supporting a highly skilled Quality Management & Product Assurance team in an international environment. Your development will be continuously evaluated, and as your competencies grow, your responsibilities will be aligned accordingly. There may be opportunities for relocation to one of our departments in Denmark, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, or Czechia. In Brasov, you will be part of a highly competent and supportive team, and we value potential and mindset just as much as experience and formal qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of the software and hardware product assurance plan or quality assurance plan in cooperation with stakeholders.


• Support handling of customer complains, with coordination of meetings, registration in Jira and support and collect for 5/8D analysis.


• Monitoring and reporting on KPIs and measurements in PowerBI.


• Taking active part in project initiation, reviews, and corrective actions.


• Monitoring that specific customer requirements regarding quality are met.


• Taking the initiative for process improvements.


• Monitoring and contributing to the effective implementation of the quality management system.


• Contributing to the root-cause analysis activities,


• Contributing to the Risk Management activities (organizing and advising risk reviews, following up mitigation actions).


• Supporting the internal audit plan and customer audits.

Skills and Competencies

• You hold a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in software engineering, Electronical, Technology or a related field.


• Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard and preferable AS9100D.


• Knowledge of documenting work activities in the form of process definitions, procedures and working practices, plus good 'user-viewpoint' writing skills.


• Knowledge and interest in auditing and/or process assessment.


• Knowledge of Confluence application.


• Fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level


• Strong skills in Jira and potentially PowerBi


• Good verbal and written communication skills.
