Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test new technical equipment, systems, and facilities.

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV systems, hardware, and networking infrastructure.

• Support live events, broadcasts, and virtual productions by ensuring seamless equipment operation.

• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement quick, effective solutions.

• Diagnose and repair technical faults across hardware, networks, and AV systems.

• Design and implement tailored technical solutions to meet project needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver on technical requests from stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and share insights with the wider team.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Solid technical knowledge of AV equipment, hardware systems, and IT networking.

• Proven experience in system installation, configuration, and maintenance.

• Strong understanding of production workflows and live broadcast environments.

• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues under pressure.

• Knowledge of advanced AV concepts such as signal routing, switching, and infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience with photography, video production, or camera operations is a plus.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
